In the fall of 2008 our heating and air conditioning system was in need of replacement. We had four contractors visit our home and we were beginning to become worried about what we were going to do. We then called OEI and Mr.Ottersbach promptly returned our call and set up an appointment with my wife and I. On Christmas Eve our furnace failed and after we failed to get our normal service company to return our calls we called Ottersbach Enterprises at 10:00pm Christmas Eve. Rich Ottersbach informed us that he was an hour away at a Christmas gathering but he would come immediately. At 10:45pm Mr. Ottersbach arrived at our home and within 15 minutes he had our furnace fixed. When Mr. Ottersbach handed us our invoice we noticed that bill was for $45 ( a trip charge) No overtime-No labor charges.
